You go today to open a new account with Sally Jones Bank and they tell you that they are unable to open an account because you are listed on Chex Systems. So you pull a Chex Report to check your own and lo and behold Bob Jones Bank has an “Account activity- fraud” statement posted on your Chex Report. You have no knowledge of what this could be for, and Bob Jones Bank never let you know that there was a problem!
